Well, today is the day! Everyone is finally in town and we are headed to Lola’s Bridal for {…drum roll please…} BRIDESMAID DRESS SHOPPING! We are not leaving the store until a dress is picked, so it’s crunch time. This is probably one of the things on my wedding to-do list that I am most excited for, only because I get to spend the day with all my favorite ladies. I can’t wait to find a dress they will all look amazing in! Wish us luck, because this is the most indecisive bunch ever, including myself.

Much Love,
Melanie

Pinterest project #3 complete! This time, Melanie made Ribbon Trees out of Styrofoam cones, ribbon, and sewing pins. Today was the Richter Family Christmas. It started off with a delicious brunch at Apple Mountain, and ended with playing games at Grandma’s. You can tell everyone is growing up because family gatherings are getting much calmer as each year passes. It was a great day spending time with the family filled with Christmas, the Lions, hedbanz, and bananagrams.

In an effort to avoid packing for our move to Saginaw,  we spent an evening making chocolate covered oreos for Christmas. Melanie loves making chocolate covered oreos for random holidays, and Adam always helps with the sprinkles (he gets the easy job). The original plan was to make a bunch and send them out to friends and family, but with the price of postage that could get expensive. Instead, we just may bring them to our family gatherings… if we don’t eat them all ourselves first! 🙂  This year, we made them with Christmas sprinkles, but next year we are thinking crushed peppermint on top. Here are a few pictures to make your mouth water.
